Seeking an automated wet blast machine

(1996)

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if there is automated machinery out there like a wheelabrator, that can blast light gauge steel to achieve a 2 to 3 mil anchor profile, using sharp angular grit, that would not tear up the steel? Our pieces are roughly 4' x 4' x 6" and we need to do them fast and cheap.

Sandblasting with reduced air pressure works, but the labor and time is killing us.

Please help. Thanks.

Phil; Maybe a Automated wet blast machine would do the job for you.

Thanks.

Just surfing the net & came across your letter. Are you still looking for a solution?

WET blasting would be ideal for you.
