Global Warming

At the global warming summit, every country is lobbying to have the rules written such that they can do business as usual while their potential competitors will be shut down. A thousand different formulas based on GNP, degree of industrialization, prior economic advantage, and blah, blah, blah.

Keep it simple and fair: so much CO2 per capita.
