Quality is at the heart of our business. Every product that passes through our plant passes under the careful scrutiny of our quality assurance group. Each product receives multiple inspections during the plating process. There is an inspection of incoming products. There are on-line inspections, and finally there is an out-going inspection to insure that every effort has been made to reduce product defects to zero. In addition, the application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and our process analysis team, which gives special attention to every detail, enable us to predict and solve most of the quality problems before they occur. Because of our aggressive quality assurance program, we are able to certify plating to automotive, military, and aerospace specifications as well as to meet the requirements of the most demanding industrial and consumer application.
