A Review by Ted Mooney:

I refer to this volume constantly, as regular visitors to the Hotline may realize. The volume contains 24 chapters on 23 different electrodeposited metals, hundreds of charts, tables, and photomicrographs, and thousands of references. Typically, it answers such questions as: how does a deposit of sulfamate nickel compare to Watt's nickel? What happens to the properties of the plate if I lower the bath temperature, or add a brightener, or increase the agitation?
