Phase 1 (quotation):

• Understand required specification, quantity and expected cost
• Metfin will identify potential jobshop
• Detail quotation will be issued
• Set-up QC requirement together
• Estimate delivery cycle

Phase 2 (process control):

• Review process sequence with jobshop
• Monitor production
• Provide guidance on choosing equipment, chemical and raw material
• Make sure they meet customer's specification

Phase 3 (finalization):

• QC all parts to meet your specification
• Make sure delivery on time
• Warranty
• Review with customer about the latest surface finishing technology available

Metfin jobshops are ISO Certified, and guarantee to meet your specifications. QC is done in China by independent third parties who furnish a detailed report.
