Metal Improvement Company's facility in Bensalem, PA has recently expanded its metal finishing capabilities by the addition of powder, liquid and solid film lubricant coating capabilities. Coatings offered include Epoxy, Halar®, Everlube®, Teflon® ETFE, Kynar 500®, Polyester, Nylon, Xylan® and many more.

The Bensalem facility also performs the following finishing capabilities:

• Phosphoric acid anodizing (per BAC 5555)
• Chromic acid anodizing (per MIL-A-8625, BAC 5019, MPS 160-010, PPS 32.01, DPS 11.01 and SS 8483)
• Alodine Chemical Conversion Coating (per MIL-C-5541, BAC 5719, MPS 160-20, CSFS 027 and PPS 32.01)
• Chemical Milling of Aluminum (per MIL-C-81769, BAC 5772 and SS 8776)
• Shot peening & peen forming
• FPI, NDT & Corrosion Testing

Our aerospace painting approvals include:

• Boeing
• Bombardier-----MPS 138-43 & MPS 138-44
• Cessna-----CSFS007 & CSF 084
• De Havilland-----PPS 20.03 & PPS 34.08
• Piper----- 25000-P32
