As one of the nation's largest independent finishers, Linetec offers your choice of high-performance paint or anodize finishes for aluminum products including extrusions, sheets, formed shapes, castings and small parts.
Flexible Finisher Our name is derived from our high-tech finishing lines that are flexible, fast and dependable, providing consistent and top quality finishes on time. Our state-of-the-art finishing plants occupy more than one-half million square feet of capacity. We handle small-scale to large-scale finish projects from manufacturers of architectural aluminum, agricultural and heavy equipment, electronic components, marine industry, recreational, transportation and consumer goods throughout the United States.
Anodizing Linetec's quality assurance and industry's best technology provides the highest quality anodic finishes. Two completely automated anodizing lines, containing up to twenty nine process stations, accepts loads as large as 30' 6" long x 3' wide x 6' high. We provide durable and attractive clear finishes as well as two step electrolytic black, and all the traditional bronze tones including champagne that meet or exceed AAMA611 specification. A sophisticated computer controlled hoist system guides the material through our process eliminating any chance of manual variations in precleaning, etching, anodizing, coloring or sealing. This ensures a consistent and durable finish on every load.
Painting Linetec has a solid partnership with Valspar, PPG and Akzo Nobel, the leading manufacturer of Kynar 500TM/Hylar 5000® coatings, giving us the ability to offer a variety of high-performance paints ranging from 70% Kynar (Fluropan, Duranar) which meets or exceeds AAMA2605 specification, 50% Kynar (Acroflur) which meets or exceeds AAMA2604 and Baked Enamels which meets or exceeds AAMA2603. Our 960 foot long horizontal paint line has the flexibility to paint a wide range of material types up to 30' long x 2' 4" wide x 6' high, weighing up to 500 lbs.

Linetec recently invested in a new fully automated flat-line machine specifically designed to paint plastic and vinyl extrusions. It's one of the few machines in the country that can handle 4-sided, single-pass finishing. This paint line services markets such as shutters, fencing, decking and windows.
Quality Assurance Linetec's paint lines have a dedicated QC staff, inspecting every job for color, mill thickness and appearance. In our QC lab, we use color spectrophotometer equipment and visual inspection in a light booth to verify color accuracy. Thorough testing is performed to ensure all specifications are met or exceeded.
Color Match One of our customers' most valued services Linetec offers is our state-of-the-art color matching capability. We pride ourselves as being tops in the industry at being able to precisely match your color needs. With in-house computerized blending, Linetec can provide a custom color match for your review within 48 hours. Our paint facility offers an unlimited choice of colors in 70% Kynar, 50% Kynar and baked enamel.
Thermal Improvement Linetec offers Pour and Debridge services as well as the installation of Ensinger Insulbar® Structural Thermal Barriers. When either of these processes are completed and the aluminum window is assembled, there is no aluminum contact throughout. Thus, transfer of temperature is interrupted, resulting in an effective thermal barrier.
Quoting Linetec has a full service Quoting Department on hand to estimate your project costs. Our estimators work directly from your specifications, prints, drawing or CAD files. Packaging After passing rigorous quality assurance, your products are protective-wrapped to your specs and may be shipped by our own reliable transport fleet. To assure customers' materials arrive securely, we offer a variety of packaging services. From master bundling to individually packaging material in customer boxes or crates, we can package material to exact specifications.
