Our process benefits:

• Electroless Nickel: Wear resistance, uniform coverage on all surfaces, excellent hardness (65HRC), low coefficient of friction.
• Miccrolloy Nickel-Boron (NiB): Wear resistance, uniform coverage on all surfaces, superior hardness (70HRC) to chrome.
• Miccrolloy Bronze: Excellent bearing surface, columnar structure for oil retention, thick deposits, machinable.
• Zinc Alloy: Corrosion resistance up to 10000 hours salt spray, many colors.
• Zinc: Corrosion resistance up to 400 hours salt spray, cosmetic appeal, many colors.
• Zinc-Nickel: Corrosion resistance up to 1000 hours salt spray, many colors.
• Tin: Electrical conductivity and solderability.
• Tin-Zinc: Electrical conductivity and solderability.
• Salt Bath Nitriding: Excellent corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, wear resistance.
• Copper Plating: Electrical conductivity, heat-treating stop off.
• Iridite: Corrosion, up to 168 hours salt spray resistance for aluminum components.
• Adhesive and Sealant: Locks and seals fasteners and fittings, pre-applied and ready to assemble.
