Saify Ind is a Surface Treatment Sub-Contracting Shop
with Electroplating and Coating Facilities over three
locations at Bangalore. Saify's major share of work is from
the Automotive Industry, and we are proud to be associated

The plating facilities at Saify's Plant I and Plant III
include Automated /Manual Rack and Barrel Plating Lines for
Trivalent Zinc Plating, Zinc-Iron Plating, Zinc-Nickel
Plating, Zinc-Cobalt Plating, Tin-Nickel Plating, Tin-Zinc
Plating, Mechanical Zinc, Duplex and Tri-Nickel-Chrome
Plating on Steel and ABS-Plastics, White Bronze Plating,
Electroless Nickel and Nickel Phosphorus Plating, Hard
Chrome Plating, Silver Plating, Copper Plating, Tin Plating,
Cadmium Plating, and Anodising.

At Unit II - Saify's coating services include Lead Free
Black CED Paint called CED-Coating in India or E-Coat, with
two coating lines from APPG and Kanzai-Nerolac under one
roof. We also provide sprayed on topcoats over CED
undercoats.

Saify Ind Provides Deltatone and DeltaProtect and all
Doerken Products under Licence from Doerken-MKS
Germany; also Japans N D S Products namely all
grades of Dacromet and Geomet Coating, by Dip-Spin, Spray
and Dip Drain Processes.
We coat and plate all parts of all kinds of metals
including Steel, Zinc and Aluminum Die-cast, Brass, Cast and
Forged Iron, Hardened Grades even on Stainless Steel.
