Since 1977, we have been producing quality, durable finishes on objects of all shapes and sizes. We take pride in our workmanship and boast a long list of satisfied, repeat-business customers. No job is too large or complex, no piece is too large or too small. Whatever your specs or chosen finishing technique, we have the expertise to do the job right.
Our 35,000-square-foot facility is safe, environmentally correct, and uses the most efficient technology available. All parts are pre-inspected for defects, then take a bath in our five-stage washer to clean and prepare the material before finishing. Some parts receive a hand-applied electrostatic spraying before the overall coating to reinforce potential wear spots. Our numerous production lines and ovens give us the capacity to process thousands of parts per hour! After application of liquid and powder coats, we use infrared burners fueled by efficient natural gas for faster curing times while also conserving energy. We have baking ovens for conveyorized part-processing and large batch ovens designed for your biggest parts. On our newest production line, parts can be conveyorized up to ten feet vertically.
We have many years of experience reading blue prints, coating parts, and exceeding the expectations of our customers. We are knowledgeable about tolerances, well-versed in automotive and government standards, and we have the technology to produce items that meet or surpass the rigorous requirements of these demanding industries.
From initial phone contact to on-time delivery, our employees are trained to pay attention to detail. We consider how and where the part will be used to determine the necessary production steps, then we randomly test the coatings of every job to ensure the quality of process applications. Throughout order production, our employees follow numerous in-process steps outlined in our company's quality control manual. We base our guidelines on American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards and procedures. We check our work for film thickness, coating hardness, adhesion of the coating to the base materials, specular gloss, and corrosion resistance. Finally, each part receives a final visual inspection before it is wrapped to protect it from damage during shipping. As an additional safeguard, whenever possible, we use our own fleet of trucks to ensure a safe, timely delivery.
