On 25th of June 2005, to be best of our knowledge, for the first time in India, a 1400 Kg casting was CED coated at Jyoti CNC Automation Private Limited. The coating came out perfect in the first shot.

The system has been designed for a maximum capacity of 2500 Kg of casting as per the customers size.

This is truly a milestone for the Indian CED coating industry.

The design and executing of the CED coating plant was done by Coatec India.

The paint chemicals were supplied by Asian PPG Industries Limited.
