George Fischer +GF+ supplies custom designed CALORPLAST all-plastic heat exchangers for heating or cooling highly corrosive media. Product line includes immersion, shell-and-tube, tube-plate, gas-liquid and flexible heat exchangers in corrosion resistant PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP).

+GF+ Calorplast heat exchangers deliver superior corrosion resistance and years of trouble-free operation. The unique design features, among others, include chemical inertness, no stray currents, all-welded construction, low fouling characteristics, low pressure drops, large heat transfer area in a confined space, a self-supporting structure. If feasible, the exchangers can be repaired at our facility.

Our products are ideally suited for a broad range of heating and cooling applications using saturated steam or water based solutions, including:

• steam heating of acid pickling solutions
• heating and cooling of plating and anodizing solutions
