Selected candidate will be in charge of developing and deployment of a Lean Manufacturing Strategy and the Quality Assurance System.

Requirements:

• BS in Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong experience in using and implementing Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Strong background in Just in Time techniques, waste reduction and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in the use of tools such as PDCA, kanban, problem solving and statistical process control.
• Highly developed leadership and team formation skills. Capability to establish empowered teams.
• Strong background in writing and implementing standard operating procedures.
• Experience preferred with Six Sigma projects.
• Experience preferred in ISO 9000:2000 environments.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong computer skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish would be preferred. At least working command of the Spanish language is required.
