Chemical Sales Positions(s)

CST-SurTec, Inc. is a Specialty Electroplating Chemical Supplier to the Finishing Industry supplying Metal Pretreatment, Industrial Parts Cleaning and Electroplating Chemicals for General Metal Finishing, Decorative Finishing, Aerospace and Automotive Finishing Industries. We pride ourselves in providing chemistry giving superior performance while also providing cutting edge environmental conscious chemistries.

We are looking for:
  • 2 Full-Time positions available.
  • Territory 1: South Eastern, US
  • Territory 2: Upper-Mid West, US
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in servicing existing & developing direct sales for new business, new market penetration.
  • Able to generate sales report for management review.
  • Establish close relationship with customers.
  • Identify prospective clients.
  • Develop and ensure effective implementation of sales objectives and strategies.
  • Experience in Electroplating/Metal Finishing a plus.
Servicing the following Industry Field(s):
  • General Metal Finishing Industry
  • Aerospace Industry
  • Pre-treatment, Pre-Paint
  • Automotive Industry
  • Industrial Parts Cleaning
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Material Science), Biotechnology, Chemistry or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English. Second language is beneficial (German or Spanish) but not required.
  • 3-5 year(s) minimum in sales and marketing experience in the Electroplating Industry is a plus.
  • Specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical or equivalent.
  • Ability to effectively sell to all levels of manufacturing plant, management and corporate level personnel.
  • Goal-oriented with a long-range planning aptitude to promote continued success of assigned territory.
  • Resident of Territory is a must.
