• Environmentally Friendly Aluminescent; A trivalent chromate for aluminum that contains no hexavalent chrome but still meets or exceeds present Mil Spec 5541 requirements. Luster-On's Aluminescent also meets RoHS, ELV and WEEE European Directives. Luster-On Products, Inc. is currently supplying the trivalent conversion coating for aluminum in a more economical powder form.
• Chromate Conversion Coatings; Clear, yellow, blue-bright, olive drab and black chromate coatings. Trivalent chromates for zinc, aluminum, magnesium and phosphates.
• Electroplating Process; Acid zinc, alkaline zinc, cyanide zinc, zinc carbon, zinc nickel, zinc iron, zinc-cobalt, bright nickel, bright tin, cyanide copper, cadmium, black chrome.
• Cleaners; Powder and liquid soak, electro, spray and vibratory cleaners for the following metals - aluminum, steel, brass, stainless steel, copper, magnesium, zinc, lead, precious metals.
• Phosphates; Zinc and iron phosphates, rust preventative oils and sealers.
• Equipment; Sterling plating barrels, sterling baskets, filters, tanks, pumps, rectifiers and heaters for all types of finishing operations.
• Specialty Finishes; Electroless nickel, black oxide, lacquers, metal strippers, copper bright dips, chromate dyes, acid salts and inhibitors.
• Waste Treatment Chemicals; Anionic polymers, cationic polymers, inorganic coagulants, cationic polymer/coagulant blends and metal precipitants.
