We manufacture chemicals for Phosphating, Chromating, Black Oxidizing etc. and proprietary rust removers, acid cleaners, rust preventives etc. We manufacture chemicals in our factory, but do not offer these chemicals to our customers as mere "products"; we offer them RESULTS. Results in terms of the quality they look for and the productivity they must have to survive.

We offer appropriate technical surface like furnishing Process Guidance Documents recorded in CD and also printouts. The CD may be loaded in the computer and, with the help of hyperlinks, customers may quickly access the page which contains help to them in their metal finishing functions.

The relationship of conversion coatings to the painting system is the same as that of the foundation of a building to the superstructure it is designed to support. The specification for the conversion coating is drawn after considering:

• What is it that we need to protect?
• From what does it need to be protected?

• What is the productivity that we must have to survive?

A brief description of some of our products:

VANGUARD ISP: Phosphating Chemical

• Forms iron phosphate coating on steel components
• Forms zinc phosphate coating on zinc components
• May be used by spray process or dip process

VANGUARD ZS: Phosphating Chemical

• Forms zinc phosphate coating on components made out of iron, aluminum and zinc and their alloys

VANGUARD RC

• Forms calcium-modified zinc phosphate coating on ferrous surfaces
• Build up of coating wt: 300 to 500 mg/s.ft. in a 3 to 5 minute dip at around 65 to 70 Deg. C

FERROGUARD: A one-product phosphating systems for phosphating cold rolled steel surfaces and galvanized surfaces

• Removes thin, wet films of oil and grease
• Removes light-to-medium rust
• Forms a thin, complex phosphate coating, firmly adhering to and integral with, the treated surface
• May be brushed on or used by dip process
• Treated surface is fit for powder coating or liquid painting

VANGUARD M: Manganese Phosphating Chemical

• Gives good corrosion resistance to phosphated components when subsequently sealed with suitable oil/grease, etc.
• Coating weight 700 to 1200 mg/s.ft.

DUROPHOS

• Range of chemicals for zinc phosphating and manganese phosphating
• Coating weights from 1000 to 4000 mg/s.ft.
• Offers fantastic corrosion protection to steel

PEDIGREE: Proprietary derusting chemical based on a mixture of acids and compounded detergents and surface-active agents

• Removes thin, wet films of oil, grease, etc.
• Removes millscale, rust and certain types of welding and heat-treatment scales

DEFIANCE: Proprietary derusting chemical based on phosphoric acid and compounded detergents/surface active agents

• Removes thin, wet films of oil, grease, etc.
• Removes rust from ferrous components, in addition to certain types of welding, and heat-treatment scales
• Leaves the treated surface in a relatively passivated state

DOMINATOR PLUS: An excellent rust convertor very useful in converting rust into an organo-complex compound resulting in the formation of a non-porous and moisture repelling coating with anti-corrosive properties

• Finds extensive use in oil fields on equipment generally exposed to severe atmosphere, offshore/onshore equipment, etc.

ENDUROKOTE-631: Water-displacing rust preventive compound

• Mineral oil based rust preventive
• Displaces water very fast from components
• Forms a rust preventive coating
• Dries to form a thin, soft-to-touch coating
• Protects ferrous components from corrosion
  For about 18 months when stored under controlled storage conditions indoors
  For about 6 to 12 months under protected outdoor storage. The period specified for outdoor use assumes primary protection from the elements by tarpaulin or other form of cover.

ENDUROKOTE-32: Water-displacing rust preventive compound

• Oil-type rust preventive displaces water and moisture from steel surfaces and dries to form a thin, soft-to-touch coating, which affords resistance to corrosion to components made out of ferrous, galvanized and aluminum metals.
• Imparts corrosion-resistance properties for about 18 months when stored under controlled conditions and 6 to 12 months when stored outdoors. The period specified for outdoor use assumes primary protection from the elements by tarpaulin or other form of cover.

STRIPEAZE: Chlorinated solvent-based paint stripper

• Separately for removing paint from ferrous surfaces and for removing from aluminum surfaces
• Removes dry films of liquid paint and powder coating in a matter of 5 minutes
