Philips passivation standard "Ge90715"?

Hi -

I'm trying to find details of a passivation standard called GE90715. I'm told this is a UK standard from the company 'Philips'.

Basically we had a batch of material that was sent to us that has a translucent yellow coating whereas the previous one was clear. Does the material still meet the standard?
