Rectifier plating tank

+

Sir,

Please advise me if you have a circuit diagram whereby I will be able to tin/lead plate my Printed Circuit boards. I Design and manufacture pcboards for agencies, schools, universities and the general public. Lately I had requests to have the finished PCB tin/lead plated. At the moment my boards are roller plated with a lead/tin moulten solder bath. I know their is a system whereby a rectifier is used about 25 amps at 5 volts. I want to construct this rectifier and I have access to 70amp stud diodes. I know as well you need four (4) diodes and a suitable choke but ask me how to construct this, I know, but have an electrical company that is prepared to help me build but they do not want any involvement in the designm.

Please advise me at your earliest convenience and by the way, my chemical Polypropolene tanks are 60Centimeters (18") square and 18" deep if that is useful to you.

Thank you,
