Copper Weather Vane

+

I have an old copper weather vane I wish to turn green, how can I accomplish this.

Hi Bill,

If that vane is still a copper color, there might be a clear coat on it that is preventing it from turning green like you want it. You should take that off, and look around for some patina formulas. You might try Hubbard Hall, they have some good solutions that might suit you. Good luck and have fun.
