Seeking "Easy-black" Anti-Rust Compound

I'm looking for some chemical rust preventive called easy-black, you just apply it to for instance your rusty fence and it turns black instantly, don't need to paint it for a while, alternatives are also welcome. I'm an artist and need it for my sculptures.

I am not familiar with that particular brand-name, but what you are describing sounds like "rust converter ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] ".

or "naval jelly", which is available from many sources, and which converts red rust to black rust.
