Concrete Mixer Paddle Wear Problems.

To Whom It May Concern,

Currently I am conducting a research of improving Concrete Mixer Paddle (Maker : SIMEM, Italy) with Hard surfacing materials but the results seen not much improvement. Hard facing coating applied have the following Chemical composition; 5%C, 28% Cr, 1%Mo rest Fe. The paddle base materials is 12% Cast Manganese.

Suggestion and past experience from those even come across this problems and the solution is very much welcomed. Any advise is very appreciated.
