Chemical etching stencil process

We like to make stencil for solder paste printing in printed wiring boards in electronic industry. The aperture openings may vary 40 to 100 mils and thickness almost 8-10mils. We like to use stainless steel sheets (302,304 could be) and also copper alloy (CuBe or CuSn).

We appreciate if you would advise the chemical etching method and also required materials.
