Touch-up to an aluminum part

I need to find a suitable 'touch-up' to an aluminum part we have that was epoxy powder coated, with forest green, color number 34083, fed-std-403. We do not have powder coat capabilities in our plant. Is there a touch-up method we can apply in very small increments, mostly for asthetic purposes?
