Seeking plastisol dipping service

I represent a playground manufacture and we are trying to locate in Western Canada a company that does plastisol dipping. We need to dip our perforated steel decks in plastisol to get a corrosion resistant finish - the rest of our competition is using plastisol and we need to follow suit but can't invest this year in the ovens and tanks needed to start up so we have to locate someone to do the work for us. Any suggestions?
