Anodizing an Old Marine Corp Sword

2001

I have an old brass hilted Marine Corp sword. At one time, there was a swirl (mottled) black and light anodizing coat. This has worn off. How/where can this be anodized to look original. Any information that you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
