-----Bleeding Ink on Anodized Parts
2001
My company silkscreens anodized aluminum cylinders. When we go to print BLACK, it wants to bleed shortly after it is applied. All other colors, besides blue occasionally, work fine. We have tried different inks, ink thicknesses, and also different screen meshes and tensions, but to no avail.
Please shed some light if you can as we are desperately wanting to resolve this issue.

Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
