Painting crankbaits

I manufacture fishing lures and want to start painting crankbaits. How do I get a photo finish on this type of lure, which gives a real fish look to it? Where can I get this type of equipment? Looked on the net but can't find anything.

Typically the designs on these lures are printed first with a pad printer. They are then painted with a clearcoat (urethane, I think) for protection.
