Metal coating on anodize

I need to coat metal (any metal that can be coated) on Aluminum anodize, black and hard.

Your inquiry is a bit too brief for me to understand.

The new metal should be black and hard or the anodize is black and hard?

If the anodize is not black and you want it to be black, it should be stripped, re-anodized, dyed black, and sealed--then you'll have a black and hard surface.
