-----Anodizing of small dia. tubing interiors
2001
I am a professor of analytical chemistry (Chromatography)that needs help finding a solution to anodizing problem. I have some thin walled aluminum tubing that I need hard anodized on the interior (uniform coating). The tubes are 100 mm long with an ID of 0.4 mm. Thank you, DJozan

Good luck!
The diameter of that tubing seems to fight against what you want to do.
If you can get the required 0 degree sulfuric acid to recirculate through this tube rapidly enough to prevent overheating, your next problem will be to run a cathode wire through the tube, sized large enough to carry the current, and preventing the wire from touching the tubing, causing an electrical short circuit.
It's quite a challenge, Mr. Djozan.
