Dear Sir

The method to mould Phenolic resins is same as all other formaldehyde compounds such as Urea Formaldehyde for electrical switches or Phenol formaldehyde for electrical and cooker parts, etc. or melamine formaldehydes for dinner sets, etc. All these are Thermoset plastics and get moulded in pressurized heated moulds.
