I am looking for data on the reflectance of mirror polished stainless steel (316) at 980nm. Thanks to anyone who can help.

I can not give you information you are looking for, but I think I know who can. Within the last 3 or 4 weeks, one of the trade publication, maybe Metal Finishing or Machine Design, ran an article about a company in Brooklyn NY called Epner Technologies. They make a mirror reflector for the tow missile. I am sure they can help you or direct you to the right source.
