Internal hub lubricant

I need to apply a dry or wet lubricant at the clutch disk internal hub, actually I provide the user with a small grease envelope. I do prefer dry.

• I intend to apply it when it is manufactured.
• The lubricant shall be water resistant.
• The internal hub is from 15,8 mm to 25,4 mm nominal diameter

The piece to be treated are about 140000 a year.

• manufacture internal hub
• apply dry lubricant
• manufacture clutch disk assembly
• package clutch assembly with grease packet

You are looking for a dry lubricant for you to apply at the factory, to be supplemented with a package of grease for the user to apply during installation of the clutch?

Millions of automotive components are manganese phosphated for similar purposes, so if you are looking for a process to employ in-house, you might consider it.
