Stains On Al Frames

Dear Sirs;

I have a problem of removing cement stains from my anodised aluminium window frames.They were caused while we were carrying out civil construction works on the existing building.Splashes of wet cement motor fell on the frames and when we tried to remove the dried up cement(after a fortnight) we noticed ugly patches of stains.Please help in suggesting as to what we should now. We cannot remove the frames as they are already plastered into the wall.
