-----Cleaning Aluminum
I have put together my own cleaner to clean aluminum engines, containing soda ash, metso beads, tsp, sodium gluconate and some wetting agents (solvent based). This cleaner cleans well, but I would like an additive that would remove the oxide and leave a shiny finish. Thank you.

I'm not sure of what kind or how much oxide you trying to remove, But in the past I've de-oxide / desmut type of solution they are easy to find supplier from a Anodize type supplier, It is a mixture of Nitric and sodium Dichromate
