Non-chromate conversion coating

We are trying to replace chromate coating with other alternatives on zinc plated steel. Does anyone have any suitable suggestions? Your input will be greatly appreciated!

Look at using trivalent chrome technologies. Contact your plating chemical vendor. Most vendors have versions of this available.

There are a few non-chrome options out there, but they might not fit your cost or performance requirements.
