I would appreciate if somebody could give me info on Nickel-Copper-Nickel plating on coins.

I would suggest a patent search, Hemant. I chose the search 'electroplating' AND 'coins' AND 'copper' AND 'nickel'. Two patents popped right up. Other sources might be google scholar, and the Metal Finishing Information Service in Birmingham, UK, and the individual mints. Good luck.
