Coating material suggestion of Al alloy

Hi there: I am a secretary in a semi-conductor company. We would like to coat ceramic or other suitable material on Aluminum alloy. According to adhesion, corrosion resistance, lubrication and wear resistance, what kind of materials are available for our request. Please tell us. We would be greatly appreciate your answer.

We need more information in order to be able to help you. While different coatings do have different adhesion, corrosion resistance, lubrication and wear resistance, there is no good way to compare the properties of one coating to another coating without knowing more about the application.

It's sort of like asking us to compare transportation methods without saying which two points you want to travel between. Sure jet travel is fast, but it's not the way to get from your kitchen to your bedroom. Automobile travel is flexible, but it's no way to get to an island. And so chrome plating for example is hard, corrosion resistant, wear resistant, offers low friction, and good oil-retention. But that doesn't necessarily make it a good candidate for a specific application.
