I'm the Senior Design Engineer for a company that manufactures Phenolic molding compound for uses in Automotive, Industrial, etc., applications.

I'm interested in working with a Plating facility, to "redevelop" a method of plating over Phenolic molded parts. The intent of the plating, is to extend the life of the molded part under extreme conditions. I know that Phenolic has been plated in the past for cosmetic reasons, I need to plate for functional reasons.
