High-speed rotor coating materialneeded

Hello,

Could anyone tell me what kind of material is suitable forhigh-speed rotor coating (which is used in semi-conductor, vacuumenvironment) ? What properties should a high-speed rotor own (such ascorrosion resistance, wear resistance, hardness, smoothness,uniformity, adhesion, dyability, etc.) ? IF there is any helpavailable, it will be greatfully appreciated.

We have good experience with Teflon* coatings onto the rotors. Youcan test it.
