Seeking custom-made titanium anodes for
chlorinators
.
We recently found you on the internet and would like to know if
you can manufacture anode material for use in salt water
chlorinators.
We have been manufacturing chlorination equipment for over 25
years, and use various types of anode, namely:
1. 15,000 hour titanium plate and mesh coated with
ruthenium/iridium
size: 1mm x 1000 x 305 mm or greater (1005 x 1030 mm)
current density: approximately 520 amps/sq.m
Operating temperature: 15*C - 35*C
Water salinity (NaCl): 0.5% salt
2. 45,000 hours anode - used for commercial applications. All in
solid plate coated titanium
size: as in paragraph 1 except no mesh only plate, 1.5 mm & 1mm.
thick
current density: approximately 520 amps/sq.m
Operating temperature: 15*C - 35*C
Water salinity (NaCl): 0.5% salt
3. Reverse Polarity Anodes. All Plate
size: same as in paragraph 1 except all plate (1mm. thick)
current density: 320 amps/sq.m (approximately)
Operating temperature: 15*C - 35*C
Water salinity (NaCl): 0.5% salt
Reversing frequency: every 12 or 24 hours (this can be varied)
Life: approximately 10,000 hours.
Kind Regards
