System for Teflon coating ID of pipe

Q. Hi, I am from Dubai; we are basically into industrial coatings. Now I have a new order for Xylan coating for hollow pipes, length of 10 inches, and dia. of 5 inch, steel alloys. The customer wants the coating only inside the hollow, so I want to know what process I should go with, what kind of sand blasting machine is suitable, and what type of spray machine is to be used, and I want to finish at least 50 pieces in one batch. Please suggest to me sir.
