Need design/drafting/permitting help to start a plating shop

RFQ. need help, I worked for a plating shop for 23 years and now starting my own. I have many customers that are willing to send me work as soon as I'm up and running. I have 80% of equipment, I have a building, I know how I want to set things up. I need someone to help me put every thing down on paper, and help with the permits. Can someone Please Help Me Through The Start-Up-Process.
