Need black chrome on 22" wheels for an F-250

RFQ. I have an F-250, I am currently looking for 22" maybe 24" wheels. I want black but everyone already has the ones I want and I'm not crazy about the matte finish. How much (estimate) it would cost to Black Chrome the wheels, and would it be durable?? Plus could you give me a trustworthy shop in Oklahoma??
