Chloride problem in copper stripping bath




We face unstrip problem in our copper stripping bath when it's chloride content goes more than 1 ppm.

Bath composition : Sulfuric acid
: Hydrogen peroxide
: Cu51
Temperature : 35C

If the chloride concentration is low and known add an equivalent amount of silver salt to precipitate as insoluble silver chloride
