How to produce a quarter dome shape

How can I form a 12 mm thick, 112 mm outer radius steel quarter dome?

Hi, Victor.

This could probably be electroformed out of nickel or nickel-cobalt, but not steel. It could be cast of iron or other materials. It could be machined from steel. Further details about your needs might draw deeper answers.
