Need to Achieve a Tan Color on Aluminum with a (conductive) Chemical Conversion Coating
June 10, 2010
I have aluminum parts that need to be electroplated, end result having a tan (or desert tan) colored finish. Is there a type of Cad Type II plating chemical conversion coat that can produce this color? ANY other ways to achieve this color w/o anodizing the parts (need to maintain conductivity)?
