-----Zinc nickel plating curing time?
After completing zinc nickel plating, How many hours curing time to taken material for production (our oven temp.120*c)
Kindly give your advice for the same

Hi, Venkatesh. Sorry but I don't understand what this is about. What are you curing? Zinc nickel plating doesn't "cure". If these parts are hardened steel they must be hydrogen embrittlement relieved at a significantly higher temperature than this. If you are drying rinse water off of them, your oven should be much cooler.

Dear Mr Venkateshwaran,
Usually it is good practice to test or use the parts after 24 hours after zinc or zinc alloy plating. 48 hours is still much better.
