Will electropolishing Titanium/Stainless Steel artwork improve corrosion resistance

Does electropolishing CP3 Titanium plate provide any corrosion protection when in contact with 304 stainless steel in an outdoor
(rain, snow) environment? Is a galvanic barrier recommended?
