Seeking etched aluminum foil for capacitor applications [Pennsylvania]

I'm looking for etched aluminum foil for capacitor applications. Essentially, I need nearly pure (either >99.3% 1100 Al, or commercially pure foil), hard temper foil roughly 20-50 microns thick, electrochemically etched to be painted. From talking to others, cathode foil for electrolytic capacitors is basically what we want, and I'm looking for a source. For now we are looking for a relatively small quantity (around 60-100 mm wide x 25-100 meters long), but will need more material in the future as we scale up production.
