Size of shots for cast iron surface finish

we are manufactures of cast iron castings, for our type of casting we do full shot blast
right know we use tumb blast machine we use 1 mm dia shots for shot blasting,
which ur customers are not satisfied, we want FOR GOOD FINISH WHAT TYPE OF SHOTS SHOULD BE
USED?

What doesn't he like? If you use a smaller size media, you will get a finer smoother surface finish.
