Seeking powder coating service-military or electronics grade

We need a high end powder coating service that can provide precision masking and tight thickeness control (.008"-.010" thick)on various metal, plated conductors. Program quantities vary from 10 to 1000. Sizes can vary from 3 to 60 inches in length.

Preferably located in the Southwestern states.
